Lost of RM 900000 in assets

I read news paper this morning and I found myself a great place to get furniture and electrical products from, yet is free. Where is it? UTM.
The fact is that UTM lost about RM900,000 worth of assets in pass six years. This including computer, LCD and air-con has been stolen. According to news paper there was lack of security and monitoring at the university, allowing people to steal easily. Examples no CCTV installed in strategic areas, no grilles on windows and doors, and too many people sharing the same key to a lab or office. Also reported that almost all offices and faculties did not maintain records on equipment usage, thats mean anybody could borrow the items and not return them.
This is a very serious case that need party involve to looks into it fast. Now is only reporting on the lost of asset due to lack of security, what if the rape or other crime happen to the students that studies in this university? Imagine how many CCTV and security guard we can hire with RM 900,000????

With the above letter-writing, 14 years old young Malaysian beats 3mil other in a competition organized by UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

It is the first time that a Malaysian has won the international competition sponsored by the UN Universal Postal Union (UPU) since it began in 1972.

8 years old little girl swimmed accross the Penang Channel

8 years old Mardiana Abdul Rahim together with her 13 years old sister and 14 years old brother siblings swim across the Penang Channel within 5 to 6 hours.

During the 13.5km to 17.1km due to strong sea currents, however the strong sea currents failed to deter Mardiana but the jellyfish nearly did.

Asked if she would swim across the channel again, Mardiana replied: “Only if there is no jellyfish.”

After a light breakfast, the siblings started their swim at Kuala Muda near Kepala Batas at 8.15am.

Muhammad Riyadh covered 13.1km in five hours 25 minutes to arrive at Tanjong Tokong at 1.51pm while Maisarah took six hours and 31 minutes over the distance.

Mardiana took seven hours and 31minutes as she had to detour due to strong currents and covered 17.1km.
